Project Methodology |
| |
Every client company is unique so we do not have a “canned” set of answers,
solutions, or products to force-fit into your company.
However, the elements of our methodology are very consistent, as follows: |
| |
|
| |
|
- Visit the Client Site
- We will visit the client site on a no-fee basis to review issues, problems, improvement opportunities, and desired deliverables.
- Determine the Availability of Data
- We will determine the availability of operational data and key performance indicators since they will be the basis of our analysis.
- Introduce the consultant
- The consultant will be introduced to the client early in the process and her/his experience and credentials related to the project will be discussed.
- Identify the Tasks
- The proposal will include a work plan that is divided into tasks. The
completion of each task becomes a project milestone. Fee payments are
usually tied to task completions.
- Review with the client
- The proposal will be reviewed with client representatives to assure there is a complete understanding of the approach and expected results.
- Assure Confidentiality
- We will provide a non-disclosure statement to the client to assure
confidentiality.

Since the beginning of our company, this straight forward methodology combined with
measurable results have earned us an enviable record. A substantial majority of our clients
have called us back for subsequent project assignments. |
